Originally from the Philippines, Reggie has worked in various F&B positions from an award winning bartender to Assistant Bar Manager on a cruise ship. In 2004 Reggie moved to Beijing and joined the Regent Hotel from pre-opening as Bar Operations Manager. Reggie joined the Opposite House as Operations Manager of Sureno, and subsequently became the Assistant Director for EAST Hotel from 2011 to 2017. With more than 20 years of F&B industry experience, Reggie is continuously passionate in cocktail mixing and cooking in his spare time.

Reggie works closely with GBM restaurants and bars department.
